 Chaney Properties is a family-owned rental business proudly rooted in Commerce, Texas. Founded and operated by three brothers who grew up right here, we have a genuine love for this community, its people, and the place we call home.

Our properties are inspected between tenants, our yards are maintained at our expense, and our full-time maintenance team is there when something needs attention.
